It all began in 2016 with a very clear vision…

To be the world’s leading strategic growth talent partner for Tier 1 VCs. Simply being another recruitment partner who delivered results wasn’t enough to make an impact!

By immersing ourselves fully in the journeys of several early-stage start-ups, we assisted them all the way to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions. 

We did this over and over, and dare we say it, became famous for being very good at it. As the demand for our recruitment solutions grew, so did our own scale-up journey.

We are now the preferred GTM team builders for many of Silicon Valley’s largest funds, in addition to several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA and APAC.
