What’s the deal?

We’re always on the lookout for fresh blood.

With growth plans that’ll see us growing exponentially from this year to the next, we’re searching for both trainee and experienced recruitment consultants to join our team, build key relationships with the greatest in tech today, and help the most sought-after software vendors scale their teams worldwide.

We want like-minded, ambitious graduates (be it uni or school leavers) who can work their way up through the organisation’s ranks and become the future leaders of a business that’s set to be huge.

Foosball tables don’t make company culture.

Take those away from Orama HQ, and you’ve still got a great office atmosphere that gives us an edge and a half over our competitors – just ask our clients. There are no egos here, no enforced KPI’s, no holiday limits and no under-achievers. 

Suits are a no, and neck-breathing is permanently banned: everyone is in control of their own diaries and their own business units from the get-go.

You’re in luck. Everyone here is as dedicated to your success as you are.

That means the Orama co-founders themselves too, who will personally teach you the theory and best practices that’ll mould you into a brilliant recruiter.

And if you need anything after your initial training program, don’t fret – upskilling is ongoing here, be it a five-minute catch-up in your third month or a last-minute session two years into the job.
